CURRENTLY I’M NOT ACCEPTING MORE REVIEW REQUESTS!
REVIEW REQUESTS
I only review indie authors. Not that I don’t like or read traditionally published books, but I just like to concentrate on the indie side at the moment. This is not set in stone though, so anything can happen.
Genres I’m mostly into are: steampunk, urban fantasy, paranormal romance, dystopian, sci-fi, biopunk, cyberpunk, mysteries and suspense or any combination of these. I mostly like YA novels, but I do enjoy those meant for an adult audience as well.
After agreeing to review a book and receiving it, reading and reviewing can take anything from one day up to several months. This depends of the length of the book, if I’m already in the middle of something else and how dead beat I’m from work. I’ll give you an estimate, if I accept your review request. Currently I can’t promise a specific timetable, since I’m swamped with books.
The author may wish a publishing day for the review and I’ll do my best to honor that request. Books that I get before their publication day will have priority if the author wishes the review to be up before or on the date. The author however has no say in how I do my review, what it contains or what is the result. There is no guarantee for a positive review.
The book might be passed on to a guest reviewer.
ACCEPTED FORMATS
I accept any Kindle compatible eBook format (I do NOT accept PDFs) and print copies (ARC’s, galleys or finished formats – doesn’t matter). If you want to mail me a print copy, just contact me for address (I live in Finland though, so check the postage costs first).
RATING
Currently I’m using the good old five star system. The rating can be anything between:

–

(You’ll get half a star for the effort at least if nothing else, but I doubt any book will be that bad.) A five star book is obviously an awesome read and a three star one is still good, but when I give less than that I probably have had a hard time finishing the piece.
All my reviews are and are going to be unbiased and unaffected by the author. I review the books from a subjective point of view, but I also try to mirror how the general audience would like it. The reviews will be posted in my blog, Amazon, Goodreads and B&N if the book is available in those places. I will also put the review to Smashwords, if the author provides me a code to get the book (you can’t reviews books there without buying them).
HOW TO CONTACT ME
If you would like to offer me a book for review, fill the contact form here. Please include a blurb of your book. Gmail tends to eat my emails, so if you’re waiting for my response, please check your SPAM-folder!
I strongly recommend to read this post by S.M. Reine about how to query book bloggers
